Contacted Gift cloud to chase up voucher

Hi I hope someone can help. 

 

i joined Talk talk back in August with the intro offer of a £50 amazon voucher. i emailed hello@giftcloud.com last week & they have come back with "We are unfortunately unable to locate any details or gifts for you under the email" 

 

can you please advise as i only have the 1 email address.
