Hi, Can someone please help provide me with my order number ? It should start with an "N" but isn't on any documentation or emails I've received. So, I can check with gift cloud that a £85 voucher will be sent in due course my service went live on the 21/01/25. I was contacted by phone by the retention team and set up a new deal and part of the deal was a £85 voucher so any info on this subject would be apricated thanks.

Hi regarding you answer on ‎11-02-2025 I've still not received any info about the voucher so can you please chase it up thanks.

The voucher can take upto 60 days to be issued, as this was a renewal there is no order reference, however the account has notes to show what was offered in January.

 

If you haven't heard anything by the 2nd March we can chase this up at that point.
