I notice in the thread Now tv boost, by SueJo1, her issue with her Now boost has been resolved. However, because the problem between Now and Talktalk has been ‘sorted’ it appears to have had a knock-on effect in that my household, and I’m guessing others, can now only watch NOW on one device at a time and the voucher from Talktalk offering one year’s free boost has expired. I was unable to use this voucher previously due to the issues well documented in the other thread, ie it wouldn’t work because it said the boost was still managed by Talktalk. How can I get round this problem? Will a new voucher be issued?

I understand that perfectly and it has created a tricky situation, that is why its best you call the Customer Service team, because the truth is we no longer use NOW TV at moment so we can't give you a voucher that we no longer service.

I know the voucher has expired but it wasn’t possible to use it in the timeframe because of the absolute mess Talktalk and NOW made of the switchover.

I understand the frustration this has caused. but please understand that the voucher has expired and it's not even showing on your account anymore making it extremely difficult to sort it out for you on our end. We do have avenues available should you feel a need to make a complaint, use the link above or call in our Customer Service Team as advised above.

Totally fed up with the customer being left to try to sort out another mess created by Talktalk and NOW. Why don’t Talktalk do the decent thing and take responsibility and sort it themselves?

Oh dear… Here we go again. I contacted NOW and they say that as the code was generated by Talktalk, it is down to Talktalk to sort it. I thought this might happen. Like SueJo1, my Boost said it was still managed by Talktalk. This is no longer the case but the downside is I can’t use the 12 -month’s-free Boost voucher as the time has expired. This seems a bit unfair as it was impossible to use it when the long-running switchover saga was ongoing.

Hey there, @Graemealex . As @Gliwmaeden2 has advised you will need to reach out to NOW TV as TalkTalk are no longer offer services of NOW TV.

All gremlins to do with NOW need to be addressed to NOW itself, @Graemealex, as Talktalk no longer manages this service.
