Hi, my TV Hub is very slow and unresponsive. It can take 10 seconds to change channels or navigate TV guide or menu's etc it's very frustrating. I've tried resetting to factory settings but still the same. I know they're slow in general compared to other services but it's ridiculous now. Is this the norm?

I understand, I have gained access to your account, and I do see that you are Full Fibre customer and to get the help that you need. Kindly contact our Full Fibre Team and they will be able to run checks and assisting you with resolving the issue.
