I have just got my contract renewed and on my account it says I’m paying £5 a month for TV. Can I get that removed off the deal ?

I've accessed your account and removed TalkTalk TV. You should receive a confirmation email within the next 24 hours. A returns bag will be sent to you within the next 7 days to return the TV Box, helping you avoid any equipment charges. If you have not received the returns bag then kindly get back to us. Starting with your next bill, you will no longer be charged for TalkTalk services. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Yes you can.
Sometimes staff here can remove this but ot would probably be best to phone the Loyalty team and request this.
