Hello, I recommended a friend to join up with talk talk they did and now have talk. Talk broadband and when we signed up it stated that I and my friend would get a £50 voucher once they paid their first bill and after 60 days I've contacted gifcloud who the voucher is supposed to come from and they're stating that I need to speak to talk talk. The email said we're unable to take further action on our end. The team at talk talk will be in the best position to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding. Gift cloud

Each support issue needs to be dealt with individually to avoid confusion between accounts, replies etc.
