My broadband and phone services were disconnected on October 29th last year according to my account, though they were supposed to have been disconnected on October 3rd. Either way, I've been surprised to see that "bills" for £0.00 have been posted for December, January and, just a couple of days ago, February.
The bill for December wasn't so bad because it included a BACS refund that I made at the start of December to get the balance to zero. However, the January and February bills show (correctly) no activity at all. Why are these "bills" still being produced and why hasn't my TalkTalk account just been closed?
I want to delete my TalkTalk direct debit but don't want to break something if TalkTalk (somehow) thinks that the account is still active.
