Hello,
When I joined TalkTalk, I was referred by a family member, neither of us have recieved our vouchers.
I have been emailing Gift-cloud back and forth for over a month and they are completely ignoring the issue and just delaying wherever possible.
Feels like a trivial thing to be moaning about as it was only a reward but it was promised so!

It does need to be over 60 days after the person joining has paid their first bill, @joesam.
I'll move this to the billing section for you, where they chase up vouchers etc, as this is not a problem with the actual broadband service.
