Received an email from TT on 16 June informing me that TT have ended their relationship with NOW. Offered me voucher codes to sign up with NOW, although I already have membership via TT. Got on to NOW and they said add a payment method. Have just done that and entered the voucher codes - still don’t work. Is this because I’m already paid up until the end of July via TT? TT’s website gives conflicting info. One part says after 9 July NOW service end, another part says paid up until end of July. Any views?
