Last year I had an absolute nightmare sorting this out, it was all sorted and lo and behold I’ve had another notice that I’m no longer a TalkTalk customer. Nothing has changed - why am I getting this? 

I’ve seen the message about contacting TalkTalk direct - but they are useless, this forum is the only way to get anything achieved. 

Is there a number or an email address I can contact directly?

 

I’m not impressed.

Thank you @fr8ys  - the customer support team (away from this forum) is absolutely appalling. I spent weeks with them last year achieving absolutely nothing before coming on here to get it sorted. I don't suppose I have any choice.

 

This is shocking.

Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
