Joined Shell and moved to TalkTalk & not received £75 Amazon voucher after more than 120 days

I joined Shell and was transferred to TalkTalk. I still have not recieved a £75 voucher via Broadband Choices.

All what Broadband choices state is: "We are waiting for Shell to release the funds to us to that we can release the gift cards provided by gift cloud."

 

After 6 months I still have not received anything. Yet, this was due after 120 days.
Will these vouchers be honoured by TalkTalk?

You will need to speak to the dedicated Shell Migration Team.

 

Try phoning 0345 172 0088 and be sure to ask for the Team, who can advise you.
