I joined Shell and was transferred to TalkTalk. I still have not recieved a £75 voucher via Broadband Choices.
All what Broadband choices state is: "We are waiting for Shell to release the funds to us to that we can release the gift cards provided by gift cloud."
After 6 months I still have not received anything. Yet, this was due after 120 days.
Will these vouchers be honoured by TalkTalk?

As fr8ys mentions The shell migration team will need to check your old Shell account in order to process the claim.
