Hi after wasting over 2 hours on the phone to customer service agenda no one can tell me why my account has been suspended to webmail only?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

@AllanB3, staff support will be back after the weekend.
They'll clarify whether you need to continue to make one-off card payments and check what happened about the direct debit situation.

Have you paid for Mail Plus, @AllanB3?
If you left Talktalk's broadband service, you would need to do this.
