I am writing about my charges re telephone calls as I hardly use my phone please will you consider my staying at $8 per month until my contract ends in April. I am 84 years old and find the new monthly charge very expensive.
I know my contract ends next April but could you look to do something for me now

Yes that's not a problem with the discount as its on offer at the moment. We cant do contract renewals on the community unfortunately this has to be done via Loyalty team (03451720088 )i would suggest that you wait till the last 30 days of the contract to do so.
