1) I am trying to add anytime calls to my account.  I have checked where to add it, but do not see anyplace where it went through to confirm the change.  Did this three times; same result

2). Every monthly bill:  access the account but it never brings the monthly account up where I can see the usage and information.  Since coming over from Shell, this has never worked!!!  A bit frustrating

You should get a pop up window to confirm the addition, or removal of any Boost. If you don't, then make sure that any ad blockers in your browser are disabled and pop ups and redirects are enabled. If all else fails, try contacting the customer services team directly, details and opening hours can be found here:

@Knobelp_42, I'll move this over to billing as it's a problem with My Account services, rather than your phone.

 

However, usually ex Shell customers are told to ask for the Shell Migration Team, by phone or Chat, rather than forum staff.
