Hey there!
Long story short I was having to use my mobile data to pay my outstanding bill due to me being a dummy and forgetting to pay. After many unsuccessful attempts due to bad signal, I finally managed to get my payment through.
But upon closer inspection, TalkTalk had charged me twice for the two failed attempts, but this money hasn't been credited to my account, nor has it returned to my bank.
Where do I go from here? Thanks!

Speak directly to Talktalk this weekend, @Reec3, as staff won't be back on here before Monday.

It may be that banking transactions take a while to show over the weekend anyway (though may display in "pending" etc, depending on your bank) so it may not even be possible to sort this out fully before Monday.
