Hi,
I'm very concerned regarding several phone charges on my account.
We never use the home landline, we don't even have a handset in the house.
I've contacted talktalk several times but no reassurance that my issue is being investigated or the outcome/ resolution.
I've spent many hors messaging but I get passed from department to department.
I'm left wondering what on earth is going on. it's making me feel very worried indeed.
I've asked to speak to fraud department but told it's all online and not possible to speak to anyone.
Has anyone else had issues of this type?
