My father just passed away. I'm trying to pay a telephone bill on his behalf but because I don't have the username and password on his account I cant log in to do this.
I also tried phoning but the system didnt recognise my postcode or my/his phone number!
I also tried telephone banking but because the size of the font on the back of the bill is incredibly small I cant read it to get your bank account number.
I'm upset and angry. I just want to pay the bill!

@Markh72, forum staff are not authorised to put through the cancellation for you.
Don't use Chat, as they have to organise a phone call back which you might miss.
To cancel, phone 03451 720088, as listed in the thread but say that you are leaving.
They will require a notice period too, and early termination fees if you are still in contract.
If you need to follow up on the forum you must start your own topic as this is another customer's thread and not even a similar case to your own.

I presume that you are a TalkTalk customer aswell, so you can contact us ( 03451720088)
using your details and ask to speak to the bereavement team they will be able to help with your fathers account.
