I am out of contract with Talk Talk and paying my monthly payment. I have found another provider with better broadband speeds at less cost.
I have been on the phone talking to Leander trying to cancel my contract. I have been kept on the phone for 45minutes so far lots of being put on hold for large periods of time.
They have suggested new deals that I do not want and have been obstructive not allowing me to speak to a supervisor / manager.
Extremely poor customer service.
Now at 52 minutes they have allowed me to speak to a manager Zama.
now at 1 Hour Zama has organised for the account to be closed

Sadly the community support team cannot help with cancellations, you will need to persevere with customer services when they reopen.
