PLEASE SEND A BARCODE TO MY E-MAIL ADDRESS ASAP. 

SHELL SENT MY BILL WITH A BARCODE ON VIA E-MAIL,

I PRINTED THE BILL OFF, THEN WENT TO THE POSTOFFICE TO PAY MY BILL.

I CANNOT PAY MY BILL UNITL I RECEIVE A BARCODE.

PLEASE SEND ME A BARCODE VIA E-MAIL ASAP

If you can log into My Account, you will be able to make a one off payment online.

I replied on Friday to your other thread, @frank77.

 

If the online bill has no barcode, so nothing to show when you print it off, this must refer to a barcode on a bill printed out by Talktalk  - they charge for printed bills.

I have moved this to the Billing section for you. I am not aware that TalkTalk offer this kind of payment method unless you receive a paper bill, but the support team here will advise further when they pick this up. Bear in mind that they may not respond until after the Bank Holiday.
