Hi,
how long does the switch take to complete and to get new account details?
i have logged into my talktalk account noticed that it shows my landline has disconnected. i have only received an email last summer about the switch and a text message on Friday 30th Jan 26 that says "you will soon switch to Utility Warehouse Ldt. UWs techincal team will be ready to support from 1st Feb. Any changes to packages or queries please wait for you welcome email or letter which be sent once your UW account is ready".

Utility Warehouse will let you know at least 30 before your service actually migrates about any changes regarding your service, your terms and conditions and your charges.
It will also outline any Right to Cancel you may have if there are any changes. Once everything has been completed with the migration utility will send you your new details okay.

i have already read this several times however still does not answer the question how does it take once you received notification because i received a text on Friday and today is the 3rd so how much longer do i need to wait for confirmation of migration and new account details from UW?
