I have always felt that the claim "We’re here 24/7. 365 days a year" is misleading, because TalkTalk support via the community was only available in office hours, and "We" is reasonably assumed to be TalkTalk, i.e. it does not include customers.
Now that TalkTalk no longer provide support via the community, the wording should be amended to reflect the current situation, i.e. some members of the community provide peer-to-peer support when they are online.

Hi @nameunknown_ yep always been a bold statement, even bolder these days, but the community will do it's best and there's always the help pages and the diagnostics, always good especially when they are working.
