Why can't I pay from abroad?

This is so stupid. Please make the payment site available from abroad. Or just figure out how to send me a payment link by email like a normal modern company. I've managed to get around the geo restriction once, so it does not even work, but I don't remember how and can't be bothered again, or to use VPN. It's such a stupid thing to do to your longtime clients. Please fix.

It would be simpler to just set up a Direct Debit, @Ihatetalktalksomuch1.

Talktalk can be reached normally on 03451 720088 but will obviously be expensive from abroad.

Also, I don't think this public way is the best way to handle customer complaints. Just employ a customer service AI agent and send out bills from that, not from a stupid no-reply address, and have the bot deal with the responses privately.
