I got an email from talktalk last week saying that as i was now in the last month of my current contract i could upgrade to fibre for 22.45 per month for 18 months, with a free wi-fi hub. i clicked on the link and it said i would receive a conirmation email within 72 hours which will confrim the new package details.
However, we are past 72 hours and i haven't heard anything about it. Could someone from talktalk please look into this for me and let meknow what's happening?

I've checked the account and unfortunately the order did not go through.
I would advise contacting our loyalty team to discuss a new deal.
