I have accepted ismybillfair's offer from TalkTalk to lower my current bill to £28 per month 0n a 24 month contract, for the same service. They say it has been passed on to TalkTalk who would get back to me within 28 days.,
It is now more than 28 days and I have heard nothing from TalkTalk.
Can someone please comment?

There have been others on here where ismybillfair have not contacted TalkTalk and others where they have done so during mid term contract and been charged a fee as they have breached their existing contract.
The Loyalty team hold the best prices so if you are out of contract I suggest you contact them.
