Disappointing contract renewal options

My Fibre 65 contract expires at the end of March and I was looking forward to checking the offers, unfortunately the best I got available on my talktalk account is £30 Increasing to £33 from April 2025 then to £36 in April 2026.

 

A quick look at TalkTalk deals from a private browser and my neighbour's house number comes up with Fibre 65 for £28.00 a month Increasing to £31.00 from April 2026.

 

You'd think that TalkTalk would value a customer of 15 years. Are those deals negotiable or not worth spending ages on the phone and I'd be better of just switching providers?
