Transferred from shell energy direct debit problem & unable to log in to view account.

  1. Migrated shell energy customer
  2. Failed debit order in August (some talk talk problem)
  3. "Charged" 12.50 quid for talk talk problem.
  4. Received email saying charge would be reversed as debit order failure was talk talk's problem
  5. Received email saying pay manually or we will take two months debit at next charge cycle
  6. Received email with bill summary that appears to include 12.50 charge.
  7. Completely unable to log in to the myaccount part of your website due to "technical problem" 

Please advise.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
