I am thinking of changing to full fibre (150) but need to keep my landline for incoming calls from our Australian side of the family, as landline to landline is their cheapest way of phoning us. Will this cost me a monthly fee or is it free as it will be incoming calls only.

You need to request Digital Voice at the time of requesting the upgrade. All call charges are the same as your landline currently.
