Hi All,
I think the subject is self explanatory, firstly for a week the connection was 1.6MB - 1.7MB the absolute minimum guaranteed, which di per se is appalling considering it run the advertised and expected speed of 3.3 - 3.5MBs for over a year, however things happens so we thought: "It is Talk Talk it will probably be fixed in a couple of days", now it is 400kbs!!!
No particular adverse weather either, neither speed allow to work remotely let alone in the case of the current 400kb/s even do anything at all besides early 2000s level of browsing.
Any known issue? Else we just close the account with Talk Talk, we only have a bunch of months to get to the 2 years so who cares.
We had BT for 10 years not a single day I can remember with the speed dropping at all, not event minimum guaranteed, it always worked as expected in a non third world country in one of the wealthiest areas around London to add to it.

Extremely frustrating in 2023 to see this level of service on something so basic.
