I cannot access National Lottery or any gambling sites since this morning, everything was OK last night and no changes have been made. I do not have parental controls on as no children in the house.

Turned it off this morning for 30 minutes and that seems to have fixed it. Have got my euromillions tickets now!!!

Hi familyorr, just before I raise this as part of an incident please confirm that you turned the router off for over 30 minutes and you're definitely using TalkTalk DNS settings or easier you haven't modified the settings in the router. Its probably us, but I have to do the checks.

Which router are you using?
I ask as I saw a similar issue with someone who is using an Eero.
I posted the following for them to check but have not had a response. If you have an Eero, could you try and advise please? If its not an Eero can you confirm the model so support staff can look into further. Tjank you.
do you have advanced security set to on under Network Controls?
If so does turning this off make any difference? If so you could turn it back on and maybe add the sites you wish to the Allow Sites list.
I don't know if this will help but may be something to try.
