After moving over to TalkTalk due to a house move, my going live day was yesterday (26/02/25). The router would not connect when I tried to set it up so after doing my own troubleshooting, nothing worked so I called talktalk to which it was made clear there was a fault on my line and 'an engineer would be allocated to investigate the problem'. After a long discussion on the telephone with customer service, I was told an engineer would be looking in to this the following day. The following working day has no come to an end and I have not been updated on any progress as promised and I am still without any broadband. I clearly stated that if this was not resolved by the end of the week I would be cancelling my new account with TalkTalk and finding a more reputable internet provider but the lady I spoke to promised me it would be resolved. It has not been resolved. This is now 3 weeks without internet Has anyone had problems like this and if so how long did it take to get up and running?

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details, @JamesNicholas92, as staff need the information you identify your account.
Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Or the order number in Private Notes, further down in that section. Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will be back on here during the day to look into this for you.
