I have been having problems with the Wi-Fi for a couple of months, after not receiving the service I was paying for or any resolution after multiple resets and an engineer visit which was unsuccessful I have cancelled TalkTalk and got SKY.

If you are no longer a TalkTalk customer, I'm not sure there's much staff on here can do to help you.

If you are still having problems with WiFi with Sky then you will probably have to contact them for assistance, but a lot of WiFi problems can be due to issues in your home environment which are outwith the ISP's control.
