Is there a current problem with talktalk's internet service? My router is "flashing red" at the moment, and the down detector website indicates I'm not the only one. Could someone look into it please?

Have you checked in the Service Centre? There is currently a reported loss of service in the North Downs and Weald region, is that where you are?
