Bad internet connection

My Internet has very bad connection, no signal in the house, no working WiFi on android mobile, can not receive calls or make calls on my android, 

 

Tried to contact customer service but I can't get through to anyone

@FatmaBulli, if you can't make or receive phone calls on the smartphone, have you considered the  smartphone to be having the problem?

 

Who is the mobile phone operator?

 

Is the smartphone the only device you have in the house for accessing the internet?

You could perhaps give a bit more information about the issues you are having.

Is it just a WiFi problem or are wired connections affected as well?

Is the router actually getting an internet connection? What lights are on and what are they doing etc, etc?
