I am continually losing connection to my wi-fi hub. It is a Sagemcom Fast 5364 with Fibre 65. I have asked about this problem before about a month ago.

I was advised to reset the router, which I did and it worked for about 5 days, the problem then returned and after several resets the problem is happening more regularly. It happens on several devices.

Is the router at fault? All help and advise appreciated.

The router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Hello,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Would you like us to send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out? We would also send a router returns bag so that one of the routers can be returned.
