I just have received my replacement router as the old one developed a fault. I was told by your customer services that I should return the faulty unit however no returns label / bag has been provided. I was also told that if i don't return the faulty unit I will be charged! Please can you arrange for bag/returns label to be sent to me ASAP. Thanks Alex

Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and they will arrange this for you.
