Hello TalkTalk Community,
Why is it impossible to TALK to anyone at TalkTalk??
TalkTalk’s own self-diagnostic tests have confirmed my belief that there is a problem on our broadband line.
i even got to the point where I was invited to book an online appointment with an Openreach engineer… except that I couldn’t because “there was a problem TT are trying hard to fix”!!
So I tried the self-diagnostic test again… and another problem!
Any suggestions as to how I get a TT identified problem resolved when the route to resolving it is itself beset by problems?
if only I could speak to an actual person perhaps…
