My internet crashed yesterday and after calling you I was told a new router would be sent. However my WiFi is working now so don't send now.

The router order will already have been placed sorry.
You can refuse delivery when it arrives or send it back in the returns bag provided.

It may be too late to cancel, they are usually sent out fairly sharpish. If it does arrive there should be a returns bag enclosed.
