Dear TalkTalk Customer Service Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to inquire about the router that was installed at my current address, , by TalkTalk. As I will be vacating this property on 30th July 2024, I would like to know the procedure regarding the router.
Could you please confirm if a TalkTalk representative will come to retrieve the router when I leave? If not, please provide instructions on what I should do with the equipment to ensure it is returned properly.

You need to call us (03451720088 ) explain the urgency of the cancellation and when the cancellation is placed a returns bag will be issued for the equipment.
