I need to phone TalkTalk to renew my '3 month loyalty discount' it is due to end today (25/01/2025)

i am unable to get through to a human, the 'BOT' chat has got as far as 'I'll connect you to an expert who'll help with your enquiry, Thank you i'll get you an expert'

This is as far as i can get, no 'expert' after an hour !

It states the 'Experts' opening hours today are Saturday 9am - 7pm.

Please help !

There are no staff on here before Monday, @sussexdaz1.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. I have tried that number, things have changed in how you can contact TalkTalk, you can no longer talk to a human, it's all done on WhatsApp now which i do not have or want. Thanks.
