I am told by a TT colleague that I should be able to establish my Monthly and Yearly BB usage by logging on to my account.  However I get a notice that says this information is not available.

So Community please help me.

Hello,

 

Can I just confirm, are you looking in Service Centre? We have raised an issue to our team for usage not updating over the last few weeks and the team are currently investigating this at the moment.

I am not sure why you were told that. There was limited usage data available via My Account a while back, that seems to be interminably broken. Given that all TalkTalk plans offer unlimited data, what is your concern otherwise?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
