Hi I've just come back from holiday and my internet has been activated, but no matter what I try, my router refuses to connect to the internet. (Blinking orange light.)
The property's previous tenant has talktalk, and everything worked perfectly, so there's likely no problem with the line, and I've tried my own new talktalk router as well as the one the previous tenant left behind, but no luck with either.
The only problem I can think of is that my broadband went live a few days before I was able to get thing connected on my end, but I'm not sure if this is the issue.

Have you tried connecting a phone to see if you get a dialtone? If, so call 17070 and check that your own number is read back to you.
