Hello, as of 5th January, I have lost internet connection this morning and the broadband box has changed from the blue light to a dark orange light.
I’ve tried unplugging the switch and then plugging it back in again - and that didn’t work. I’ve also tried resetting the actual broadband box and turned it off then on again - and it still showing the dark orange light. Plus, the internet is still not working.
Please can anyone give any advice on how to resolve this at all or any help on what the issue may be? It’s Sunday so the helpline for TalkTalk is closed and I need the internet for work. If anyone can please help ASAP I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

My internet went down about midday but phone still worked ok. Solid orange light on router despite multi attempts to restart.
As of about 5-10 minutes ago, it’s back on again.

Hi there, others are having similar problems esp northwest areas due to power outages it seems, according to responses to similar questions.
