My internet connection is completely off and the red light is showing on the router. (I've had to connect via a temporary alternative network to post this).

Hi

 

The Network issue affecting some customers in the North West / Manchester areas was resolved yesterday.  Please let me know if you are still seeing any issues.

If yours is not a white light issue, connected without Internet, that text was irrelevant, @Blunderpuss.

Friday? Yikes 😳 

 

This is testing my New Year resolution to be more patient…and it’s only day 5! 

I’m trying to be positive that the teams will have the problems resolved for us as soon as able.

I've just received a message on talk talk chat saying it might not be fixed until FRIDAY???? What on earth is going on?

Thank you for your patience. All our experts are currently assisting other customers, and we are experiencing longer wait times than usual.

We’re aware of an issue that may be causing some Wi-Fi Hub routers to disconnect from the internet. Impacted routers may show a solid white light even though they’re not connected.
Our network teams are working on applying a solution, but it may take until Friday to ensure the fix reaches all customers.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Me too for the past 2 hours. I’m thinking it’s probably the weather that’s caused the problem…but I might be a bit naïve about that and it’s probably TalkTalk issues!
