I woke up today without internet connection, the phone landline works but I have tested the line on TalkTalk website it says there's a problem with their network.
I have tried to factory reset the router twice and turned it off multiple times while leaving it turned off for over an hour, nothing seem to have worked the router light is remaining solid orange.
I'm wondering if this is just me or if there's a problem in my area. I'm in London NW10 area with Fibre65 FTTC connection.

Staff here only work Monday to Friday and given it's Easter may not get back to you until Tuesday.
I'd suggest you phone or use chat to get the issue reported.
