The Network issue affecting some customers in the North West / Manchester areas was resolved yesterday.  Please let me know if you are still seeing any issues.

Ditto - no internet for 4 hours and no point trying to connect to chat - not responding. been holding for 1 hour. My internet connection is also completely off with the red light is showing on the eero router and I too have had to connect via a temporary day pass with EE to be able to find out what going on!!

Surely it cannot be right that it will take them until Friday to fix???
