I have been with talktalk for a few years now, & ever since I upgraded the broadband connection crashes every night around midnight without fail, it says it is connected but clearly isn’t as absolutely nothing will load. it can take 5 minutes or 5 hours to reconnect & is becoming extremely frustrating/annoying to deal with all the time. Up to now I’ve had no issues but am seriously considering taking my custom elsewhere

Ok, could you try switching KidSafe and Homework Time on for 5 minutes and then switch it back off please. I just want to see if this resolves the issue.

I have checked the homesafe settings. Kidsafe and homework time are disabled as they are not required

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you log into your My Account and check the HomeSafe settings, specifically Kidsafe and Homework Time please?
