Broadband has been down for 2 days, tried to report fault but just get service issue message but nothing resolved.

Went to check if we have another router and the light is white on the current one so broadband is back up and running!

Same! 3 days, awful service, don’t know what to do, bots everywhere, can’t call and speak with real human!

No it isn't. That is the issue. The orange light in on the router and every time I try a connection test it comes up with an issue.

How are you getting on? Line test is passing but your router doesn't appear to be connected to the internet at the moment

Opening hours are from 9am on Sunday. No phone support now before Monday, and staff are not back on here either till after the weekend.
