Broadband drop outs

Good morning,

For the past 2 days now we have been experiencing the broadband dropping out and it has since stopped working. Router light is white and indicating no issues. Ran the online connection test, all ok. When going to connect to the wifi on devices it just keeps saying unable to connect. All wifi devices on the house such as laptop and cameras won’t connect. Turning the router off and back on has not solved the issue either.

 

All help appreciated

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults.

 

Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing so we can rule this out?
