I’m in the north west Manchester SK area and wifi keeps dropping and has done since 03/01/2025.
I WFH and my broadband is vital. Never had any issues with connection just dropping and not coming back on for hours up until the above date and have been with talk talk for about 4 years.
Has anyone else been affected and has any advice on what to do other than just rebooting. I fear rebooting too many times will then cause even more damage (which a customer support person told me themselves) and I’ve already had to reboot 3-4 times the past 2 days.

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu.....add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
